9. Indemnification

10. Termination

13.2 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13.3 Waiver
No waiver by Animals Land of any term or condition of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement at any time without notice to you.
